Continuing with their summer movie tie-in promotions (we’ve had Iron Man and Indiana Jones already this playoff season), the folks over at Warner Brothers have teamed up with the NBA Finals to promote their huge summer movie, The Dark Knight. The first video serves as preview for the Finals, focusing on Kobe as Batman and KG as the Joker.
Does this mean if you are rooting for Garnett and the Celtics, you are rooting for the bad guy? Anyway, here’s the trailer/Finals preview:

I was skeptical at first when I read that someone was trying to mix Kobe and Garnett clips with the Dark Knight preview but this is pretty damn good. Check it.... Kevin Garnett is really freaking me out in that vid, and I take issue with Kobe being Batman, but still very good. Also, does anyone else get really creeped knowing that this was one of Heath Ledger's last movie role? Reminder: Live-Blog tonight!

Ok so I don’t know who put this trailer together but it’s pretty funny.
It is a trailer with audio from the new Batman movie “Dark Knight” that features Kevin Garnett as Joker and Kobe Bryant as Batman.
Evil prevailed last night but Batman still has a chance. Too bad 24 didn’t come to the rescue when they needed him last night.
