As the celebration continues in to the night, let's get down to business and dig a tad deeper in to the game that garnered THE upset love of the day across the nation. But, before we do, I have to throw some props to Kirk Ferentz who all week long was nothing but a gentleman when refering to the 'Cats. In the wake of a devastating defeat he was nothing but class giving all the credit to Northwestern, while Hawkeye Nation continues to toss sour grapes excuses in to the wind. Let's face it. Buckeyes: The Week That Was: Unhappy Valley

Corey Wootton's TD-inducing sack of Ricky Stanzi will go down as one of the most painful memories in Iowa football history. It is tough to watch. The gutsy performances by Persa and Kafka are something else. Persa's TD pass to Dunsmore and his clutch 1st down completion while getting hammered by Angerer are signs that gave me instant confidence for 2010. Three straight at Kinnick for the 'Cats which accounts for 1/3rd of Iowa's home losses in 7 seasons. ...
