Of all the reasons I love the state of Wisconsin, the plentiful opportunities to do embarassing things to people who are passed out from drinking* probably ranks among the top 20. In order to empty all the cups, there has to have been a significant amount of liquid consumption; not to mention the whole idea of balancing something, much less five things, on the head of this "sleeping" fan.
