Who's Crazier, Papelbon Or Letterman?

Here's Paps on Letterman last night where we learned Big Papi likes to bedazzle. My favorite part was when Paps talked about Papi's speach at a players only meeting during the ALCS. Ortiz said:"Listen," "we're not just a good team. We're a great team. And don't you f------ forget that. And let's go play one at a time and go prove that. Because let me tell you something...." Ortiz pulled on the sides of his gray road jersey. "There's a reason why you wear this Red Sox uniform...."Ortiz paused for a beat, letting the suspenseful silence fill the rapt ...

Here’s a round-up of recent baseball tidbits. Sigh. It must be November.
In case you missed it, Red Sox catcher (and captain) Jason Varitek did one better than handing out candy this Halloween: he gave out autographs. After the Variteks’ Halloween party broke up (the guest list included the Mirabellis and the Lowells), Tek took a lawn chair out to the driveway and started signing, at the suggestion of his 7-year-old daughter. The short version:
Christopher Roberts, 10, dressed up as the catcher - a white number 33 Red Sox jersey, baseball pants, and red colored socks pulled up past his calves ...
The Dugout: Red Sox Late Night

Filed under: Boston, Red Sox, AL East, The DugoutSo several Red Sox players started the nose rubbing early with a few late night trips. David Ortiz also made an appearance on Regis and Kelly, but I became confused when Regis wasn't there and promptly filed a complaint to YouTube.Considering my two biggest life goals as a child were a.) playing for the Red Sox and b.) being interviewed on a late night program it's very safe to say that I have some regrets in life. Like not being 6'5" 230 lb.I'd also like to say that although this was the first time I had ever heard it, Manny's laugh will ...

"Bedazzler"

A bit out of date, but in case you haven't already, watch this. Then watch this. While we're on the subject of members of the World Champion Red Sox on late-night talk shows, check out this as well. It has nothing to do with bedazzling, but it's pretty fun anyway.
The Red Sox Hitting the Talk Show Circuit...

Since the Red Sox have won their second World Series in the past four years in decisive fashion over the Colorado Rockies, several members of the team made appearances on the national talk shows, during the day and late night. Here are a series of short videos I found on Youtube and other media sharing websites. Whether or not you're a Red Sox fan, you may find some of this content entertaining. I have no affinity towards Boston, but it's hard to hate someone like David Ortiz unless you're a Yankee fan... *** Well, I found this on Youtube, nembers of BuchWild.com and SoxAndDawgs.com ask the Red Sox rookie pitcher about the game of baseball. ...
