No huge surprises here in that D'Antoni tells Kornheiser and Wilbon his relationship with Kerr could have been better. However, he also talks a number of times about a trust being broken after Tim Duncan hit the most improbable of shots to beat the Suns in Game 1 of this year's playoffs. How the franchise and its coach go from possible extension to a rocky breakup we'll probably never know, but it very clearly has to do with the trust that was broken.
