We are stunned here at The Pensblog. Charlie has been missing since late Friday night. He hasn't responded to texts or calls. Late Saturday night, an internet terrorist group may have claimed his kidnapping. They pointed us to the direction of the [ The Orange Crush ]. Nothing yet ...
Detroit Red Wings Take Lead in 2008 Western Conference Finals
Published 5/11/2008 by Jeanne at Hockey Beat - Hockey News
Last night’s game felt like a tighter battled continuation of Game 1 between the Detroit Red Wings and Dallas Stars.
Dallas fell to the Wings but they can’t look to goalie Marty Turco to blame - the netminder was excellent, despite the loss, stopping 32 of 34 shots on goal. Stephane Robidas opened scoring on a power-play about halfway through the first but that would be the only goal for Dallas during their 2-1 loss.

RED WINGS 4 PENGUINS 0 Remember Mikael Samuelsson playing for the Penguins? Me neither. But he played 22 games in a very forgettable 2002-03 Penguins campaign, scoring as many goals (two) as he scored in Game One of the 2008 Stanley Cup Finals. Somehow, I think he name will not be forgotten by Penguin fans anytime in the near future. Samuelsson was involved in two high-profile Penguins trades. He arrived on February 10, 2003, as part of the pu-pu platter from the New York Rangers in exchange for Alexei Kovalev, Janne Laukkanen, Dan LaCouture and Mike Wilson. What else was on that ...
