We all know that Rob Stone is a little nuts after his antics last year, but he might be a little more off his kilter than we realize. There's nothing he won't do for a spot and that includes holding a hawk that kills pigeons and getting into a streamer fight with fans. Oh and the hawk's name is "Bitchy"....Bitchy the Hawk.... ...

I don't know if West Ham United used all of their best players, and frankly I don't care, but I am proud to say that our MLS All-Stars managed to beat the Hammers 3-2 last night in one hell of a fun All-Star Game. If only the MLB All-Star game had been this entertaining. Now, while I realize that West Ham finished literally right in the middle of the Premiership this past season, I think anytime an American squad - even if they're an All-Star squad - beats a European club, it's news.
