Ron Artest Shows Up to 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' in His Underwear
FanHouse —
by Tom Ziller Filed under: Lakers, NBA VideosSo, Ron Artest was a guest on ABC's late-night Jimmy Kimmel Live last night. In his underwear. With Kimmel's name shaved into his head. I can't tell whether it was a planned gag; Artest is infamously said (by former Kimmel writer Bill Simmons of ESPN.com) to have ridden with sponsors and Rockets owner Leslie Alexander on a team bus wearing only boxer shorts, a story Artest "clears up" here. (There is also a Part 2, which includes the revelation that steam rose from Kobe's body during that infamous shower scene from ...

You Been Blinded - Now in Dazzling HD —
Ron Artest joined Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, and he showed he was pumped about the appearance by having the show’s name cut into his hair. Nothing real surprising about that.. Ron likes having designs on his head. Then he walked out on stage for the interview with Jimmy in just his boxers. Yeah, he took it there. ...

No words can really describe the following two videos of Ron Artest on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night.

So, Lakers forward Ron Artest(notes) was a guest on ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" Monday night. In his underwear. With Kimmel's name shaved into the back of his head. In his underw— wait, I already said that. "Shout out to David Stern!" I feel like I'm taking crazy pills! Revel in the madness, people. In part two of the interview, Artest tells a story about Kobe, a shower and steam. Seriously. Cheers, Ziller.

That NBA Lottery Pick —
This is one of those days that I regret that I did stay up to watch Jimmy Kimmel Live as his guest was Lakers forward Ron Artest. Artest, a TNLP favorite, decided to do the interview in his drawers and well, I mean it's Ron Artest, he said interesting and non-sensical things in his drawers. The real question was Jimmy Kimmel Live ready for Ron Artest? I'm still trying to answer that question. ...

Basketbawful —
Normal for chillin' around the house. Not normal when appearing on a nationally televised talk show. But I will never forget hearing Ron Artest uttering the term "freeballing." Thank you, Ron, for making my life better with every crazy-ass thing you do. ...

The Lakers Nation —
So, this happened… our current starting Lakers’ Small Forward, Ron-Ron, was a guest on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” program Monday night… in his suave boxers shorts with a “Jimmy Kimmel Live” shaved into the back of his head.
Here’s part two where he teels a “steamy” between Kobe and himself.

Talk Hoops - Support the Habit —
If I told you that Ron Artest was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live and he did the interview in his underwear, would it even phase you? Me neither. But he was and he did. Here's the video via Skeets and Ziller.
And don't forget about part two of the interview:
Some of my favorite quotes: - "Can I get a drum roll? I love drum rolls." - "I kind of wanted to hoodalize the show." - "I was not free-balling." - "Turn the lights down; I'm nekked."
Thank god, Ron ...
Ron Ron meets Jimmy (Jimmy?), plus some Lakers/NBA news
Lakers Blog —
I've always said that once Ron Artest hits the weights enough to get a body as good as mine, he'll find an opportunity to appear on the Jimmy Kimme l Show without a shirt. Or what would be traditionally defined as "pants." Basically, show a little skin as celebration of his "AK-esque" physique. Well, I know what I'm talking about, because Artest did just that. Pretty funny stuff and a few great lines from Ron Ron. BK was especially fond of, "I can even put your pen right in my pocket!" I'm partial to, "(Phil) might be giving me a book tomorrow." (Thanks to Ball Don't Lie for the heads up.)

So Yoked - Athletes Served Sunny Side Up —
Lakers forward Ron Artest appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night and was as weird as ever. I seriously think there should be a new academic field to study just what the fuck is going on inside his head. You can see part 2 of the interview here.

SPORT'S WITH MR. FACTOID —
Ron Artest certainly doesn't have to try very hard when it comes to odd behavior. The Los Angeles Lakers star forward is one of a kind, and we should all thank God that there aren't more nuts like Ron Ron out there. I love the guys energy and enthusiasm on the basketball court, but Artest's off the court antics usually can be considered comic relief. Artest took some time out of his busy NBA schedule to appear on the Jimmy Kimmel show, a program that I must say has made it's way onto this blog on several different occasions. Artest appreared in boxer shorts and no shirt. It's a two part interview, so check it out.

Basketball Exchange —
Here's Part I: And Part II: Who knows why I decided to put up an Artest interview after weeks of non - activity on this blog? Well, ok, actually I do know. It's a case of so much stuff happening (I'm moving to Laguna, getting my car fixed, while rolling out a new feature on Kikay Exchange all at the same time), plus so many other stuff happening (the NBA remains consistently newsworthy, whilst there are other exciting things going on in the under-16 RP teams as well). Yes I just typed above the mother of all excuses. I know I should make time for this and write whatever's on my mind whether I'm 'ready' to do so or not (an important blogging tip). At any ...
