I guess we ll call this one Athletes On IR Participating in Team Practices Even Though It s Clearly in Violation of NFL Rules ... Gate: The talented Mr. Tucker, ladies and gentleman, capable of saying, I have no interest in being a whistle blower, with a whistle in his mouth. Seriously though, this is no joking matter. Letting guys practice who weren t going to play in actual games for the rest of the season clearly gave the Patriots a competitive advantage. Here s the real question: Did the IR ed players film the Rams walkthrough before Super Bowl 36?
