Yeah, But Where’s The Matt Millen Costume?
Kissing Suzy Kolber —
Former Lions receiver Roy Williams decided to have a little fun at the Lions’ Mike Furrey Annual Charity Halloween Party to Benefit White Receivers by going as the luggage-thieving former Detroit running back Tatum Bell, complete with Rudi Johnson stolen drawers and a bell hop uniform. Apparently all the retarded Smurfs from the Titans fanbase found their way in as well. Though I hear Dan Orlovsky couldn’t get in ’cause his costume was over the line. ZING! How does he do it, folks?
ROY WILLIAMS DID HALLOWEEN RIGHT
With Leather - Sports news and gossip, panda sex, and the occasional Toonces the driving cat Photoshop —
Cowboys receiver Roy Williams, until recently a Lion, returned to Detroit for former teammate Mike Furrey’s charity Halloween party, and in the great tradition of Jon Kitna bagging on his naked coach, Williams poked fun at another former teammate, Tatum Bell, who famously tried to steal the luggage of his replacement, Rudi Johnson, after Bell was cut. Williams’s costume comprised of a bellhop costume, a name tag reading “T. Bell,” and underwear with Rudi Johnson’s name on them. Hmmm… It seemed a lot cooler before ...
Roy Williams Returns to Detroit Dressed as Tatum Bell (Sort of)
FanHouse —
Filed under: Cowboys, Lions, NFL Fans I suppose it's a lot easier to have a sense of humor when you no longer play for the Lions. Wide receiver Roy Williams, who was traded from Detroit to Dallas earlier this month, was back in the Motor City for Mike Furrey's annual Halloween party. And while there will always be a special place in my heart for Jon Kitna's spot-on 2007 effort as a naked, drunk-driving assistant coach, Williams truly outdid himself. Williams came dressed as former Lions running back Tatum Bell, who made national headlines two months ago ...
Roy Williams Dresses Up As Tatum Bell For Halloween
FanIQ Blog —
Every year Detroit Lions wide receiver Mike Furrey has a charity Halloween party where a lot of Detroit Lions players show up. Luckily, Furrey managed to get Roy Williams, who's now with Dallas, to come to town. And Williams brought, quite possibly, the costume of the year.
In the tradition of John Kitna making fun of that Detroit Lions assistant who showed up at a Wendy's drivethrough buck naked, Williams decided to mock old teammate Tatum Bell. Bell, you may recall, reportedly stole incoming running back Rudi Johnson's luggage, which included Johnson's underwear, right ...
This is why I miss Roy Williams

So Halloween is a couple days away and yours truly has yet to come up with a costume or a plan for the evening. Regardless of where I end up, chances are no one there will have a costume that can touch that of former Lion and current Cowboy receiver Roy Williams, who showed up to the Lions' charity party on Monday to help support former teammate Mike Furrey. From MLive:

You'll Always Remember Your First Time, Part 26
The House That Glanville Built —
They say you never forget your first time. And with October upon us, the vivid memories of my first time witnessing a professional Philadelphia franchise win a championship are ripe in my head. Even with football underway, I find myself wandering back to that glorious month of October, 2008. It's something I want to relive again and again. In fact, that's exactly what I'm going to do, republishing my feelings during the wild ride to becoming 2008 World Fucking Champions ...
