Settling the Jazz-Warriors Wager (video) (flag)
www.youtube.com — After the Warriors shocked the world and the Mavericks, I made a friendly wager with gurdflavor on the Warriors-Jazz series. Thanks to the majority of those of you who voted, my penalty involved a trip to the barbershop after the W's ran out of steam. I settled up on Friday; here's the video evidence.

The 'hawk looks great! You're a little older than Matt Barnes, though, so let's hope that your hair eventually does grows back. I'd hate for this to be the impetus for you having to experiment with the comb-over...

I thought the best part of the video was finding out where Sprewell is working nowadays.  I'm glad to see he is feeding his family by working at a barbershop.  I would be a bit careful when he is wrapping the item around your neck.

Say Hey: A Bay Area Sports Blog — ... Contrary to what you may think, sports bloggers are not all-knowing. This unfortunate fact came to a head when Jason at Ballhype lost a friendly wager on the Warriors-Jazz series. The Warriors’ crushing defeat resulted in a Matt Barnes mohawk and very well done YouTube video rife with some Dallas series nostalgia (remember that Barnes dunk over Dirk), classic barbershop clips and even a Say Hey cameo.

Spurs Withstand Utah's Fourth Quarter Rally, Win Game One, 108-100
20secondtimeout.blogspot.com 5/21/2007 — San Antonio completely controlled the first half and held on for a 108-100 win over Utah in Game One of the Western Conference Finals. Tim Duncan produced 27 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and two blocked shots. I think that the opposing team's shooting percentage should be included in his individual stats because he is such an imposing defensive presence; the Jazz shot .419 from the field.
