Shaq Is Now On Twitter (for real)
Sportaphile —
There’s no doubt that Shaq is the funniest, most entertaining athlete to listen to since Muhammad Ali. So I was very excited this morning when I learned that Shaquille O’Neal is now using twitter, and it’s just a matter of time before something funny pops up.
Click here to see Shaq’s Twitter account.
You can also view Sportaphile on Twitter by clicking here. I don’t use my Twitter account that much though, I always forget that its there. By anyways, while we’re on the subject of Shaq, his new ESPN commercial with Stuart Scott is absolutely HILARIOUS. ...
New Shaq ESPN Commercial: “How did you get so many Q’s?”
The Hoop Doctors —
November 20, 2008 - Dr. Browntorious
Between discussion over his flagrant foul on Rodney Stuckey, his involvement in the Suns-Rockets scuffle, his supposed decline in performance, and then his recent large scoring and rebounding outputs there is never a shortage of controversy surrounding Shaquille O’Neal. But amidst all the Shaquille O’Neal talk and controversy there is never a shortage of entertainment provided by the Big Fella himself.

Good morning! I hope everyone got a good night's sleep and is ready to come
to Philips tonight and lose your voice yelling at Kevin Garnett and the visiting
Celtics. It's a big day around these parts, with lots of good stuff going on
before, during, and after tonight's game. For example:
BEFORE: Tonight's game, if you didn't know already, is being broadcast nationally by
ESPN (and I'm totally not bitter it's our only national TV game - not at all),
which means all the bells and whistles that go along with being covered by the
World Wide Leader. The ESPN NBA Caravan (as seen in
hilarious ...
Superman Dat Hoe!
Not From Bristol —
Every once in a while I’ll read something that makes my eyeballs hate me. Such was the case after reading this sensationally awful article by Ian Thomson. It takes balls to write “NBA All Star Weekend is less relevant than ever” in the only sport that actually has a relevant all star event. Almost as much balls as it takes to have an all star article that talks about the economy and salary caps more than the game, when they really have nothing to do with each other. That’s like saying “cherry pie worse than ever” and then you complain there’s a cherry shortage on the horizon and ...
Don't Worry About It
Outside the Boxscore —
One of the funniest commercials I have seen in a while, I caught this on ESPN the other day while getting my car fixed. I'm sure a lot of our readers have seen it already, but it's definitely worth a second look. I also found a pretty funny Shaq postgame interview where he messes with a ...
The Wonders of Shaq's Scrabble Board
The Legend of Cecilio Guante —
Shaqalicious I depend on ESPN for honesty, integrity and dependability - not just in their reporting and programming but also their commercials. And I love the Shaq NBA spot. Can't get enough. It's like one of those movies that just gets funnier every time you watch it. Shaqtastic. Twenty-nine ...
Ahhh here it goes: Week 3 Prediction Battle Recap
Outside the Boxscore —
Yeah, feeling a little Kenan and Kel reference today. As Shaqtus would say, "Don't worry about it." Anywho, time for a quick update to let you all know how GSNHOF and OTB did in this week's version of the prediction battle. Great Sports Name Hall of Fame, whose picks can be found here, went 11-5. Incorrect choices for wins included the Falcons, Texans, Titans, Steelers, and Dolphins. Damn Cedric Benson is hot right now. Outside the Boxscore, whose picks can be found here, went 9-7 for the second time. Incorrect choices for wins included ...
