No buildup here...just what I think is probably the best compilation of Pittsburgh sports that I've ever seen on YouTube. There's Penguins, Pirates, and Steelers, from Sidney to Franco to Clemente and many in-between. There's amazing goals, incredible TDs, and big hits. Watch it and I guarantee that the memories will come flooding ...

It's been awhile since we've had some YouTube goodness. I'm not sure there's a better video compilation of the highlights of the Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins franchises. Great, great stuff. Enjoy.

125 Years of Pittsburgh Sports (Video)
Published 4 days ago by Antone (noreply@blogger.com) at Hip 2 Da Game
I just came back from Pittsburgh for work this weekend, which is why there haven't been any updates on the site. Everything will be back to normal this week and you should see a ton of posts throughout the day today. I thought I would throw up this tribute video to Pittsburgh sports, since I just came back from there. It's got some good moments, including the Franco Harris Immaculate Reception, which they also have a statue of in the Pittsburgh Airport. You can see the picture below next to a George Washington statue.

Where did Nate McLouth come from?? I mean, he has been in the majors since 2005. He hasn't hit better than .258. He hasn't topped 13 homeruns in a season in his professional career. He had to earn a spot on the Pirates roster in Spring Training. Sounds like another utility guy. But is he the next Barry Bonds?
