Steve Nash Chipped Tooth Interview With Michelle Tafoya
Published 12/13/2007 at FanIQ Blog
This is why Steve Nash remains my favorite player in professional sports. Name me another player who would have handled this interview in the same manner? Not exactly the same response he gave Craig Sager last summer, was it?

STEVE NASH IS FUNNY, MISSING A TOOTH
Published 12/13/2007 at With Leather
The Suns defeated the Jazz 103-98 last night in a hard-fought, (dare I say gritty? I do) gritty battle in Phoenix.  Steve Nash led his team with 29 points on 10-of-12 shooting to go with his 11 assists, six rebounds, and one chipped tooth courtesy Carlos Boozer (24/13/4 steals/steroids?).  Fittingly, the chunk of tooth that went missing was a cap that Nash had to get when the Jazz's previous asshole power forward, Karl Malone, cheap-shotted him.  That's kind of a microcosm of why the Jazz will never win a championship.  Boozer and Deron Williams can't do ...

Has Anyone Seen Steve Nash's Tooth?
Published 12/13/2007 by Tom Ziller at FanHouse
Filed under: Suns, NBA Videos, NBA Last Night, Jazz, PhoenixLast night's erraticly entertaining Suns-Jazz featured some always enthralling Aleut-on-British Columbian violence, as Carlos Boozer popped one of Steve Nash's front caps off. Nash, of course, proceeded to do the halftime interview with Michelle Tafoya (via With Leather). The game was sort-of a defensive struggle, odd for two of the most potent offensive teams in the league. Paul Millsap was a flippin' beast in Mehmet Okur's stead; Amare Stoudemire had six blocks. Just a ...

Steve Nash Is Our Favorite Canadian
Published 12/13/2007 at The Sporting Blog
By Chris Mottram In the first-half last night, Nash took an elbow to the grill from Carlos Boozer and it chipped the same tooth that Karl Malone took out four seasons ago. Naturally, Nash had a great sense of humor about it: Being the huge Cable Guy fan that I am, I couldn't help but think of Jim Carey's Chip Douglas character, who has an outstanding lisp. Although, Douglas made a slam dunk in that movie, something Nash has probably never done. Steve Nash Chipped Tooth Interview | Fan IQ ------------------------- ...

Steve Nash - the warrior!
Published 12/13/2007 by Tobi at HoopNation

The Steve Nash Chipped Tooth Interview!

The Chicago Bulls "defense": The Pacers -- who are shooting 44 percent as a team this season -- shot almost 56 percent against the Bulls last night. In the decisive third quarter, they shot 71 percent and outscored Chicago 40-25. Marquis Daniels and Kareem Rush, who usually combine to score about 13 PPG on 42 percent shooting, killed the Bulls with 40 points on 74 percent shooting (17-23). Overall, the Bulls surrendered season highs in points (117), field goals (44), three-pointers (11), and shooting percentage (55.7). Said Kirk Hinrich: "It was like we forgot everything we knew how to do ...

NBA Wrap: Steve Nash leads Suns to win with chipped tooth
Published 12/13/2007 by houroc at SportFiends
Steve Nash is the toughest guy in the NBA Steve Nash is from Canada. Steve Nash is tough. We know this after last year when he had his nose nearly broken off in last years playoffs. In last nights game against the Jazz he resembled an old school hockey player with a missing tooth after taking and inadvertent elbow from Carlos Boozer. Despite looking like some sort of monster, he was still able to lead his team to a 103-98 victory over the Jazz. Here is an up close look at toothless Nash in his interview with Michelle Tafoya: ...

YouTube of the day: Nash loses some of his pretty
Published 12/13/2007 at Ball Don't Lie
I'm having a hard time understanding this. Does chipping one of your two front teeth often result in an odd, somewhat-Anglo, villainous accent taking shape? Because that affectation Sir Steve took on about 58 seconds into this clip goes beyond my usually well-honed comic sensibilities ...

Nash Tooth Interview
Published 12/13/2007 by srp <info@brightsideofthesun.com> at Bright Side Of The Sun: Front Page Posts
[Editor's Note: This interview is great! Thanks, srp!] This video clip of Nash's Tooth interview is totally hilarious! Oh, and the game was fun too. The Suns D held Utah to a 43% FG down from their league leading 50%. Suns shooters...weren't...but Marion and Amare were awesome and Nash showed what MVP really means (Note to Dirk. Watch Steve play basketball).

Suns @ Jazz - Preview
Published 1/10/2008 by C.B. Jack at My Utah Jazz
So Accuscore has the Jazz as the favorite in tonights game. The only explanation for that is that they are playing at the ESA. I'm liking the Jazz in this game, but there are a few things I am worried about: 1. Deron Williams on National TV: We don't have good luck in these games. We go from "old school" basketball to the NBA's version of AND1. You'll see more missed alley-oops and bad between the leg passes tonight than a bunch of 9th graders who got cut from the freshman team playing Dunk Ball in the back yard. Although this post by Hammy proves otherwise. Deron, don't do ...

2007-08 NBA Worsties: Part 2
Published 10 days ago by Basketbawful (noreply@blogger.com) at Basketbawful
Here is Part 2 of the 2007-08 NBA Worsties. This part runs roughly through December of 2007. And I do mean roughly. Biggest waste of a hyped shoe line: Gilbert and his Gil2Zeros (or Gil20's if ya nasty). Not only did the guy beg Adidas for more attention in 2006 and blog about how elite this line was going to be, he also decided that it needed 17 special editions to be released throughout the season starting in December. What happened? He played exactly 13 games and had 2 knee surgeries allowing him to live up to an NBA Live curse if there is one and guaranteeing Adidas of a complete waste ...

Steve Nash Does Not Need Teeth To Be Interviewed By Michele Tafoya

Steve Nash has a habit of getting injured just before halftime and looking completely annoyed with the Sideline Reporter. A year ago it was Craig Sager , and this time it's Michele Tafoya. He didn't give her the business like he did Sager, but he just chipped a tooth, so he might not be as ticked off..... Oh Steven! You're so funny!!! Fake lisps make me swoon.
