Steve Nash is the 'Sixty Million Dollar Man'
Ball Don't Lie —
No wonder Steve Nash is a two-time MVP. He has a 20.2:1 zoom lens in his left eye, bionic legs that allow him to reach speeds of 60 mph and a right arm with the equivalent strength of a bulldozer. What a cheater. (via SLAM Online)
Steve Nash as 'The Sixty Million Dollar Man'

Filed under: Suns, NBA Playoffs, NBA Videos Check out Nike, getting all super-creative with their ads lately. First they gave us Kobe jumping over a car, and now we have Steve Nash starring in "The Sixty Million Dollar Man." Observe.
I loved the fantastic cameos by Amare Stoudemire and Raja Bell, and the hair stylist on the shoot obviously worked overtime. Am I the only one though that was creeped out when Nash's leg shattered, along with the rest of his body? Thankfully the only thing that was actually ...
NBA: Steve Nash is bionic, which explains a lot
Posted Sports : Basketball —
It being Earth Day, Steve Nash is pushing the environmentally responsible sneaker he developed along with Nike. The shoe is made of "pieced-together scraps of leather and synthetic leather waste from the factory floor and a sole made up of special materials including ground-up rubber from a shoe recycling program." And Nash being a budding filmmaker — he directed this ad — has produced a spoof of the old Six Million Dollar Man TV show, with our Canadian boy as the Sixty Million Dollar Man. Nash does nice work, but Raja Bell carries the whole thing, really. Here's the ad: ...

With Earth Day in full effect, Steve Nash and the good folks at Nike put together this short film advertising Nash’s Nike Trash Talk sneaker. Produced after the Zoom BB II, the Trash Talk is made completely from recycled shoes. “Stevie MVP” is currently wearing them. The movie is a spoof on the old show, “The Six Million Dollar Man.” I was born in ’82 so yeah, I had to google it as well. With appearances from Amare Stoudemire and Raja Bell, the short film pokes fun at Nash and the way he attacks the game.
Steve Nash, Shattered
ESPN.com - TrueHoop —
Steve Nash, budding filmmaker, runs the production company that made this cool video for Nike. Pretty promising little series, especially when you consider Amare Stoudemire's get-up. Also, it's Earth Day, and Nike is releasing more of those shoes made from garbage. There is talk of less waste and fewer toxins, although no specifics about what that actually means. To me being less bad is not the same as being good, you know? Maybe these are good for the environment. Or if not, at least they're less bad, I guess. In any case, there is a minor miracle worth noting here: thanks to Steve Nash and Nike, Earth Day at ...

Here is Nike's new spot with Steve Nash as the Sixty Million Dollar Man (with special guest appearances from Raja Bell and Amare) via SLAM..... Sixty million dollars seems like a waste of money at this point as the Suns are now down 2-0 to the World Champion Spurs. But cool commercial Nike. Steve Nash is the $60M Man in New Nike Commercial
Sports Business Radio blogs —
OK, I'm a little excited. Steve Nash of the Phoenix Suns is my favorite athlete on the planet. And when I was growing up, "The Six Million Dollar Man" starring Lee Majors as the bionic man was my favorite TV show (OK, so maybe I was a nerd).
Nash and my favorite show from my childhood collide in this new Nike spot that also features cameos by Nash's teammates Amare Stoudemire and Raja Bell (love those afros!)
In real life, Nash will need to become bionic if he wants to lead his Suns past the Spurs in the NBA Playoffs - the Suns find themselves down 2-0.
Nash is no stranger to cool Nike spots. He created ...

Posted by Jeff Wong on April 23, 2008 I took yesterday off because the Raptors lost Game 1 big-time. Wouldn't you know it, the Raps also drop Game 2 . Well then, it's NBA Blah Day . Again. ( What if there is no tomorrow? There wasn't one today. ) Here are some ideas to chase away those NBA blues: • Practice my Duncan faces in the mirror. • If single, seek out a ProMama like Candace Parker . • Be like Steve: Reduce-Reuse-Recycle. And get an ...

Is Steve Nash the world`s first recycled man?
HoopsVibe NBA Blog —
Is Steve Nash the world`s first recycled man? [image] He is a two-time MVP. He has been an All-Star. And he seems destined for the Hall of Fame once he retires from professional basketball. However, Steve Nash s greatest accomplishment is being the world s first recycled man. Critically acclaimed scientist Amare Stoudemire worked with Nike to assemble a faster and stronger version of the point guard. Watch Nash s newest Nike spoof and hit us with your comments in the opinion box below. Follow Oly Sandor on HoopsVibe The Blog ...
