Miami Dolphins Slaughtered on South Park
thejetsblog.com — Last night, Comedy Central’s South Park had an episode lampooning the TV show Whale Wars and got in a murderous rampage on the Miami Dolphins for good measure. For those of you unfamiliar, Whale Wars is a series about a group of activists who work to impede Japanese whaling vessels. It’s an interesting show and one with a good cause, until you realize that the team’s efforts are in large part, totally ineffective. Our thanks to Matt B. who sent the clip along. We were watching the episode last night and wondered … should we? Thanks for the push, Matty!

Major League Jerk — Yankees 7, Phillies 4: I’m writing this as I watch Sportscenter and before I start, I just want to say that ESPN’s baseball coverage has gotten even worse. I thought getting rid of that sack of shit, Steve Phillips would’ve actually improved this area, but I guess not…Dave Winfield and Bobby Valentine are straight up awful, and if Kruk didn’t obviously not give a shit about this whole thing, I’d criticize him too. You can see the life drain out of Karl Ravech’s face every fucking time he talks to one of these non-Peter Gammons guys. Anyways…how bout dem Yankees, eh? ...
