By now everyone has seen the video of the UNC sloots crying over a loss. This wasn’t the NCAA tournament, mind you, this was a mid-season January L that sent the whine and cheese faithful into full on sob-mode. What’s being lost in all this, however, is the UNC fan yelling “Go back to the ghetto!” to the Maryland players as they walk off the court. Listen closely at the 5 second mark of this video below. Similar to how they beat then No. 5 North Carolina last time the two played, also by two points. The UNC loss was obviously a huge surprise given how poorly Maryland has played this season. But perhaps more surprising was the reaction of their fans, which has been well documented over the weekend.
