My first car was a ‘66 VW Beetle. Stock, except for the Kenwood deck. The six-volt electricals would let me down periodically if the wipers, radio and turn signals were all on at the same time. Perhaps, not so coincidentally, it once famously caught fire not far from Lake Merritt.
Tough loss tonight for the Dubs, but TNT is hating again which is a good sign. Boom and Monta went berserk again, which is also a good sign, but there wasn’t enough rebounding down the stretch to keep the Suns close enough for heroics.
