Didn't Nate Robinson do something similar last year?

That was increidbly, incredibly stupid.  Good thing he is getting paid millions of dollars to show off.  And here I thought the idea was to actually win basketball games.

Are they just taking turns making dumb plays? At least his went better than Zach "Dribble Machine" Randolph's.

I was at the game last night, and as a fan in the seats who didn't give a shit about the Knicks it was fun to see, but obviously incredibly immature- the game was still very competitive at this point. The two highlights for me though were 1) the Felton-to-Richardson alley oop and 2) watching Earl Boykins and Nate Robinson man up- how adorable!

The guy can throw up 43 on the Raptors and turn around and do this. What an idiot. I wonder if he thinks his life is just a hybrid of NBA Jam and Grand Theft Auto...

First of all, he's on the knicks...Second of all, he's on the knicks. Enough said. I think on any other team, his attidtude and play would probably be a hell of a lot better and consistent.

Passing Fancy
Published 2/28/2008 by redsarmy at RedsArmy.com: The Voice Of Celtics Fans
KG is getting closer to 100%.  I think that was made clear after last night.  What we saw out west was him shaking off a lot of rust.  Looking back at it… those first two losses may have been wins if we had last night’s Garnett out there. And maybe the most underrated aspect of Garnett’s game is his passing.  That, more than ...

Jamal Crawford: More Knicks Ball Hogging Hilarity
Published 2/28/2008 at FanIQ Blog
You really have to give the New York Knicks a lot of credit. Most professional sports teams that suck aren't entertaining to watch whatsoever. The Knicks on the other hand, have not lost sight of they're ultimate purpose: to entertain. You've probably already seen the debacle of a possession that was Zach Randolph earlier this week (video below), fully demonstrating why no one wants to trade for him and why he's stuck in New York. Well Jamal Crawford felt left out and wanted to show why he too, is forever unwanted by NBA GM's with a desire to win. See above. WTF. (thanks to ...

Jamal Crawford is a silly, silly man

... a pinch worse than their horrid 2007! — I feel worst for Jamal Crawford. Actually no, I don’t: I feel worst for Renaldo Balkman. Then probably David Lee. But Crawford has a lot of talent and is in the type of place where that talent is going to be used for evil, and not for good. That’s sort of sad. Then Crawford goes and does something like this … and, no, he didn’t totally redeem himself. It wasn’t even that cool. Relax, Jamal. {Via Ballhype} Tags: Jamal Crawford, New York Knicks, Renaldo ...

Miguel Batista, Kenny G, and God
Published 2/28/2008 by PostmanE at The Postmen // A Sports Blog // Chicago, IL.
... After meeting Gilbert Arenas for the past few seasons, that doesn’t really seem very quirky at all. That seems more normal than quirky, but maybe for professional athletes normal is quirky. Still, when you add those traits with Batista’s desire to learn the soprano sax and his deification of Kenny G, “quirky” makes a little more sense: ...

Jamal Crawford Goes T-Mac on the Bobcats
Published 2/28/2008 by Brett Edwards at FanHouse
Filed under: Knicks, Bobcats, NBA Videos Remember that famous highlight (two minutes in) from the 2004 All-Star game, when Tracy McGrady threw the ball off the backboard, caught it, and dunked it? Since Jamal Crawford of the Knicks isn't going to be an All-Star in this lifetime, he thought he'd just go ahead and do it in a regular season game instead. If you listen closely, you might just be able to hear the Bobcats players yell "Ole!" as they play their brand of matador defense. [via ...

The latest from Knicks camp: Jamal Crawford misses the open guy, himself
Published 2/29/2008 by houroc at SportFiends
I guess the Knicks are just taking turns making bonehead plays.  They’ve obviously given up on this season just like everyone else has and instead of playing hard and trying to finish the season, they decided that it would be much more fun to make plays where they try to show off but just end up looking like idiots. Jamal Crawford acts like he is a point guard on this one, he sees himself open, tries to get the ball to himself but somehow messes up the play but theres good news from Jamal, he plays on the knicks so plays like this will probably get him a long term contract. ...

Slow Day In Sports, Bash The Knicks
Published 3/1/2008 by Dave at Sports Blog - football, basketball, and baseball
With it being such a slow day, I went to Youtube and searched for anything under the subject “New York Knicks.” They’re always a fun punching bag. This is a play by Jamal Crawford — I don’t know when this took place — that really epitomizes the Knicks: A one-on-one team, if calling them a team is even appropriate. The Knicks lost to the Hawks last night, which is no surprise, and the “Fire Isiah” picketing outside Madison Square Gardens shall continue.

I think it's definitely common knowledge that the Knicks quit on Isiah Thomas a long time ago - and rightfully so - but this is opening up a whole new can of worms. Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo!
